The place is nice, and has Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, and an indoor swimming pool. The staff once helped me with currency recommendations. I highly recommend enjoying the relaxing bar area! I'm coming back for a business trip.

Our double room with good facilities as well as superb views was functional. The pool was clean, the breakfast was very good. The stuff was very amiable and solved our problems immediately. The location was perfect, at a moderate distance from a recognized museum...

Inconsistent cleanliness standards should be addressed!!! Cold temperatures in rooms and bathrooms were uncomfortable!!! Poor communication concerning bookings led to unnecessary charges!!! Maintenance issues like dusty rooms need attention!!!

The lobby is just so dark, it's like a cave! And the pool? Absolutely freezing, nobody even bothered to offer me a towel, I might as well have been a ghost. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't!

Unfortunately, cleanliness is a significant concern. Dusty rooms and dirty fridges were common complaints. Noise from the street often disturbed sleep despite having closed windows, and privacy issues arose due to large windows and inadequate coverings. The beds, typically two singles pushed together, lacked comfort and made it hard to find rest, while some outdated facilities felt less than cute.

It was just a decent option for a short staycation in Mechelen with attractive and competitive value for money. The chilled vibe in the bar area was nice for a relaxing evening with a drink after a long day. Be cautious about extra charges when adjusting bookings as they can add up unexpectedly.

The breakfast was good, with a good variety of fresh items, including cheeses and eggs, made mornings enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from local attractions.

The Olive Tree View room was fantastic! It had air conditioning, a tv, and a comfy sofa. Loved the private bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. The indoor swimming pool was a nice bonus! Breakfast had great variety, fresh bread, cheeses, and strong coffee. Nice location, perfect for exploring!

Great value for money, the room wassuper clean and cozy. The location was convenient, close to the city center, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The location is very convenient for visiting the Grand Beguinage.
